The in-front-of-dam level of Three Gorges reservoir reached 175 m, indicating that the 175m experimental impoundment of 2018 had succeeded for the nine consecutive years.

The accumulative annual power generation of Three Gorges HPP reached 100 TWH for the first time, setting a new record for single hydropower plant in the nation and making the plant the first one to reach 100 TWH annual capacity.

The lean production team of Three Gorges HPP was awarded the “Model Unit” title by SASAC, making it the only hydropower unit receiving such honor in the third edition of “model unit” award-presenting ceremony organized by SASAC.

The accumulative annual power generation of the four cascade HPPs on the mainstream of the Yangtze River owned by CYPC reached 215.48 TWH, setting a new historical record. More specifically, the values of Three Gorges and Xiluodu HPPs were 101.61 TWH and 62.47 TWH respectively, both were the highest records; the values of Xiangjiaba and Gezhouba HPPs were 33.08 TWH and 18.32 TWH respectively, both were the second highest in history.
